Founded by Ben Strong and Madeleine Muscat, Pomona brings together expertise in design, productive landscapes and practical food growing.

With more than a decade of experience as a registered architect and certified permaculture designer, Ben combines architectural thinking, landscape design and productive systems to create beautiful, practical and enduring places. Maddy, a passionate cook and food lover, brings deep expertise in kitchen gardening and food education through her work with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program.

Together, Ben and Maddy have transformed their suburban Melbourne property into a thriving urban homestead which they share with their chickens, bees and chihuahua Gino. Through their YouTube channel, they help others grow food, shape productive landscapes and build a more sustainable way of life.
